Imogen was amazing. She did my brows and lashes and was so precise. It was the last appointment of the day and it did not feel rushed in any way she is a perfectionist. The best set I have had at Browco so far :)

For my first 'walk in' visit to Browco Brow & Lash Bar at Sunshine Plaza I was assigned Indigo to complete an eyelash tint, eyebrow wax and eyebrow tint. Indigo was friendly and attended to all details from the onset and made me feel at ease. She shared information to help me on my 'brow' journey which I really appreciated. Indigo did a brilliant job.... exceptional! It's the best brow wax/shape and colour that I have received in some time. I have no hesitation in recommending Indigo to fulfil your brow needs. Thank you Indigo! A slight disappointment was the initial 'welcome' at the front desk and engagement there. To improve I would suggest more eye contact, smiling and making your customer feel very valued.
